Sports Medicine Club at UCI (SMED) aims to raise awareness of safe practice of sports and active lifestyle in local communities. In doing so, SMED seeks to establish a community and environment for students interested in pursuing careers in medicine involving athletics. SMED will guide UCI students on a path to be prepared as distinguishable candidates for their future professional goals.
