Details

The goal of my program is to provide residents with tools that may be helpful to their well being. Having stressful exams while juggling other life events can be extremely overwhelming and this program serves to remind residents to take a deep breath and to take care of themselves. Often during hectic times I even forget to take care of myself, leading to feeling burnt out and depressed. This can easily happen to other students and I would like to provide them with at least some items that can be easy to do and still improve their physical and well being
