Grow Your Sustainable Dining Knowledge!

The Sustainable Food Fair is held in honor of Earth Month to highlight sustainable projects and initiatives related to food. Join us at this year's fair to learn how you can eat more sustainably on campus and sample earth-friendly food and drinks. You can look forward to meeting and learning about these sustainable vendors and campus organizations: Pepsi, Java City, Columbia Gorge, Starship, Sustainability Resource Center, Basic Needs Center, Food Recovery Network, ZotBins, and the Ants in Your Plants Garden.

You will also have the chance to meet Leo from Finca Bonita Farms, one of our many local produce partners, to learn more about his sustainable farm and snag some free fresh produce.

Attendees will also receive a limited-edition tote bag for their participation in the event!
