About Us

Syrian American Medical Society Mission Statement for the student chapter: In SAMS effort to get students more involved in its mission we are planning to launch a pilot student chapter in UCI. The main objective of establishing student chapters is the creation of a sustainable network for student participation in SAMS activities. Our aim is to create opportunities for student involvement in SAMS at both national and international level with the ultimate goal of expanding SAMS membership to a younger demographic, providing students with impactful volunteer opportunities, and creating a pipeline for SAMS leadership.
