Edward Whelan, a renowned lawyer and former clerk for Justice Scalia, has notably served as the longest-serving President of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, holding the Antonin Scalia Chair in Constitutional Studies. His expertise spans constitutional law and the judicial confirmation process.

Mr. Whelan has contributed extensively to legal discourse through his writings and co-edited several volumes of Justice Scalia's works. His career includes key roles in the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and clerking in the federal judiciary. He is a distinguished alumnus of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
