The International Access to Justice Forum 2023 will bring together a diverse group of scholars, researchers, practitioners, and court and dispute resolution experts to discuss exciting new developments and ongoing challenges in access to civil justice. We look forward to presentations on topics ranging from legal needs surveys to online dispute resolution innovations, legal professional regulatory reform to the links between climate change and civil justice.  Building on the success of last year’s online program and the rich legacy of previous in-person conferences, we anticipate engaging discussions, inspiring presentations, and enriching cross-border dialogue. We welcome your participation, whether as an in-person presenter or attendee, or as a member of the online audience.
