Finding Culturally Responsive Mentorship & Allyship

As a part of Mental Health Awareness Month, join Dr. Michelle Madore in person for a rich discussion and workshop!

One of the leading barriers of retention of individuals from historically marginalized communities in professional fields is lack of support related to the various "-isms" endured. This talk workshop will provide a brief introduction to the importance of finding culturally responsive mentors, sponsors, & allies. Individuals will leave with a "team map" as well as other appropriate draft documents (e.g., emails).
