Open Heart Meditation is a natural practice that can help us feel calmer, more peaceful, and joyful in our daily lives by cleansing negative emotions, relieving anxiety, and reducing stress. This simple and beautiful meditation brings significant benefits by helping us connect better to our spiritual heart. Following our Open Heart Meditation, we will have a Reiki TUMMO session to help stimulate the flow of vital energy within and around our bodies. This recharges and balances the flow of subtle energies, alleviating the effects of stress and activating the body's ability to heal itself. As the energy clears away the negativity that frequently obstructs our natural flow, our attitude/perception of life can easily shift in a positive direction.
