Tepring Piquado, Ph.D.

California Issues Forum

Tepring is an experienced Policy and Research Scientist with a history of working in government and non-profit in areas of cognitive neuroscience, education, and military health. She has expertise in Policy Analysis, Research Design, and Data Analysis. Tepring has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Georgetown University. She completed a was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Cognitive Science Department at UCI.
