Coaching is an approach to development used by managers, mentors and peers to help their team members achieve success. In this experiential session, participants will learn and apply core coaching principles such as building alliances, asking powerful questions and empowering team mates. Through both class-wide and small group exercises, participants will actually practice having coaching conservations. Participants should come prepared with one to three of their own goals or issues to discuss and be ready to fully engage in discussion with their peers.
