Project management training is vital to ensure that you have the right skills and knowledge when it comes to managing a project. In this session, participants will learn project management methodologies, phases of a project, how to lead team communication and project management tools and resources.

Stefania Forner is the project manager at UCI for a multi-center NIH Consortium named MODEL-AD that has the goal to develop the next generation of late-onset Alzheimer’s disease animal models. She has 10+ years working in academic setting leading projects. Stefania completed her postdoctoral training at Dr. LaFerla lab at UCI studying Alzheimer’s disease. Stefania holds a PhD & M.Sc in Pharmacology and BPharm.
