In this presentation, participants will acquire a deep understanding of the top six leadership skills that define high performance based on the research of Zenger & Folkman. They will learn some of the core components those skills, including planning and project management, and develop the ability to identify those skills, or the absence of them, in leaders. They will also obtain a set of criteria to strive for as a leader and upon which to gauge their performance.

Presentation will be followed by a Virtual Chat with a Recruiter (60 min)
One-hour informal chat with participants to answer questions and further explain process, position, etc.

Shana joined the Recruiting and Training team at the California State Auditor’s office in March of 2018. Prior to that, she was the National Recruitment Manager for the prestigious Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs. In previous roles she developed, evaluated, and managed programs, and conducted strategic planning in the private, government, and non-profit sectors. She also founded a Coaching and Consulting practice and worked with individuals, groups, and small businesses to identify and obtain their goals.
