2025 Spring EarthReps Interest Form

EarthReps Interest Form

Earth Representatives (EarthReps) is a student training and community building internship for undergraduate on-campus residents offering education, skills, and hands-on experiences broadly related to sustainability. The EarthReps will become sustainability ambassadors in Student Housing. The program aims to train emerging young leaders, expand campus awareness around sustainability, and build community among students, staff, and faculty. EarthReps will receive training in substantive sustainability issues as well as skills for initiating essential conversations among peers, planning hall activities, and other community building approaches.

We will feature a quarterly (1.3 unit) UNI AFF training course each quarter. Sign up to receive updates and more information as we craft the upcoming program offerings. Typically, earthreps are required to complete 30 hours of volunteer work for student housing to pass the class (10 hours can be logged from attending class). Keep in mind that class registration is optional. You can simply volunteer instead if you would like to.

The Winter quarter 2025 class/meetings will take place Friday 2:00-2:50pm. You will receive an Email from Jake Friedrich <jrfriedr@uci.edu> containing the authorization code spreadsheet if the reply to the form is interested or a maybe to the internship.
