UP NEXT: Job and Internship Strategies Workshop

Join us next Tuesday (October 19) at 7:00pm for our VIRTUAL Job and Internship Strategies Workshop, presented by UCI's Division of Career Pathways' Assistant Director of Career Education, Allison Keller! During this meeting, Keller will be going over the process of searching for job and internship positions and will also be discussing some tips for preparing and searching for these opportunities. This workshop will also cover the process of how employees screen applicants, how to tweak your resume and cover letter to make yourself stand out among applicants, and the importance of networking to find different opportunities. Virtual Resume Lab

Need some help fine-tuning your resume? This virtual resume lab is a great opportunity for you to refine your draft resumes. This virtual session will cover resume formatting and general tips as well as give you time to work on your resumes, ask general questions and/or meet with a career advisor for individual feedback through Zoom breakout rooms. Interested in research? Come hear how getting involved in research can kickstart your future career at this UROCK event!
