Hello everyone and welcome to Week 3!
This is a reminder to RSVP for our upcoming Professor Fireside Chat event, happening TOMORROW (4/17) at 6:00pm in the outdoor plaza of Social Ecology II room 1306!
The Professor Fireside Chat event is an opportunity for students to get to know professors in a very relaxed setting outside of the classroom (no lectures or panels involved!) and potentially find opportunities to join their labs. During this event, we will be joined by four professors, each from a different department, who run their own lab:
- Dr. Aaron Bornstein (Cognitive Science) - Computational Cognitive Neuroscience Lab
- Dr. Nia Dowell (Language Science) - Language and Learning Analytics (LaLA) Lab
- Dr. Bryce Mander (Psychiatry & Human Behavior) - Sleep, Cognitive, Aging and Neurodegeneration (SCAN) Lab
- Dr. Katherine Simon (Sleep & Cognition) - Sleep Learning & Emotions in Pediatrics (SLEP) Lab
Come join us for a casual chat with these amazing professors from UCI. Food will be provided. RSVP today. We hope to see you there!
