About Us

The purpose of CCS is to promote research in the cosmetic industry to further the interests and recognition of aspiring cosmetic chemists. Through events and workshops, CCS will help students interested in the cosmetic industry to get connected with industry professionals, gain insight on and opportunities in the field, and learn about the chemical ingredients and their interactions in personal care products. CCS will be career and professionally focused, but the organization will also emphasize the creativity, educational, and social aspects of the cosmetic industry.
