We hope that attendees leave the summit with a feeling of strength, encouragement, and empowerment. At a time when we could all use a spark to reignite commitment to ourselves and community, we present our overall theme: Rising Bravely. We believe our community is in an environment and space where we are continuously rising bravely.

Mentee ConnectHER Program Application
This is if you want to apply to be a mentee!
Requirements & expectations to be a mentee:
- Must be a UCI Undergraduate Student or Graduate Student
- Attend the entire EmpowerHER summit on March 4th
- Being open to sharing and learning from mentor by sharing stories about your own personal aspirations and journeys (professional, personal, academic, etc.)
- Bring questions to your mentor during your times of communication
- Effectively communicate with your mentor
- Complete and submit ConnectHER evaluation at the end of Spring Quarter
- Additional Time Commitment:
Recommended to meet with mentor once a month during Spring quarter and we encourage you to continue the relationship past this program
About the program:
The ConnectHER is a mentorship program of the EmpowerHER Summit, that provides students with the opportunity to network with womxn graduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni. All participants broaden and develop strong networks that EmpowerHER! We envision the ConnectHER: Building Together Session during our Summit to connect undergraduates and graduate students with professionals in their desired fields and leave them feeling empowered and inspired to create positive societal change.

Mentor ConnecHER Program Application
This is if you want to apply to be a mentor! Please read the description and answer the questions below.
BEFORE APPLYING, YOU MUST REGISTER TO THE EMPOWERHER SUMMIT!
Requirements & expectations to be a mentor:
- Must be a UCI Staff or Faculty
-Mandatory Training Wednesday, February 23, 2022 | 3-4PM PST
- Attend the entire EmpowerHER summit on March 4th
- Foster an open space for sharing stories about personal journeys (professional, personal, academic, etc.)
- Complete and submit ConnectHER evaluation at the end of Spring Quarter
- Additional Time Commitment:
Recommended to meet with mentee once a month during Spring quarter following, and we encourage you to continue the relationship past this program
