Enjoy the artistic process of recreating a Manga scene from the comfort of your own home! Join illustrator, UCI Student Mando Eijansantos, and her talented co-host, Tristyn Caneso, as they lead you through the basics for a fun, creative and social experience. Be inspired by of manga stories from our Shūkan Shōnen Magajin collection (1959-1995) in the UCI Libraries East Asian Collection, highlighted in the Fall 2020 virtual exhibit. No experience necessary. This event is free and open to the public but registration is required.
Register today and grab your art supplies including paper, pens and colored pencils before the event begins!
