The Sustainable Food Fair is held in honor of Earth Month to highlight sustainable projects and initiatives related to food. Join us at this year's fair to learn how you can eat more sustainably on campus and sample earth-friendly food and drinks from campus partners, such as General Mills, Kellanova, Pepsi, and more!
Plus you will have the chance to meet Leo of Finca Bonita Farms, one of our many produce partners, to learn more about his sustainable farm and snag some free produce.
New this year: Head to either dining hall after the fair for a special plant-based lunch featuring a Vegan Buffalo Chicken Wrap (Brandywine) and Vegan Mexican Risotto with Soyrizo Crumbles (The Anteatery).
The first 150 attendees will receive our limited edition Live Sustainably bracelet! Be sure to complete the post-fair survey so you can be entered to win a drawing for 1 of 3 $50 FlexDine Credits!
