Females are now recognized as purpose-driven entrepreneurs. They are lauded for their compassion, sensitivity, and inclusion. And they have proven that they can win just as many times as the men. Female leaders are warriors, challenging the norm and disrupting global industries. There is universal agreement that women are faring better than men when it comes to leadership, and that begs the question—why aren’t they put in the leadership roles they deserve?

Join Krissy Collins, UCI Dean of Continuing Education, and Jackie Mattox, Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Women in Electronics to learn why women, of all ages, are set to become the leaders of the future, across all industries. The top 10 female natural capabilities will change the landscape of how business gets done: empathy, multi-tasking, collaboration, resilience, intuition, communication, adaptability, empowerment, nurturing, and problem solving.

Join in this conversation about advocating for systematic change, to unite the superpowers of both men and women to build more successful and inclusive organizations.
