Do you know you can fight climate crisis by smart cooking and smart eating? This unique culinary event explores sustainable ways of food consumption. While you might not be able to grow your own food organically, purchasing, cooking, and eating your food wisely and sustainably can help us mitigate the serious harm we do to the environment.

This event will take place in the Demonstration Kitchen, as part of the visit of the award winning author and climate activist Kim Stanley Robinson. Robinson will be in conversation with participants about sustainable food consumption and life style. We also encourage you to attend Robinson’s talk on climate crisis in the evening

Chef Daniel will design a plant-based lunch menu with locally grown food. To achieve our goal of sustainable eating, we will not provide single-use utensils or water cups. You must bring your own utensils and water cups or you will need to eat with your hands! We believe this is a challenge that all anteaters can take to fight climate crisis!
