Indigenous/Native/Chicanx/Mexican American communities have ancestral and creative ways of being that speak to the power of spirituality. Community healers work with their groups to be resilient, exposing collective struggles for existence as bound up with cultural practices and knowledge. This public in-person event gathers healers and healing artists into a dialogue about best methods for protecting, honoring, and rejuvenating peoplehood. Responding to structural violence, these practitioners and scholars address how healing practices are a form of art and how art is a form of healing. This panel includes a doula, men's circle leader, and a children's education storyteller.

Registration is NOT required.
