Join Mark Deppe, Director of UCI esports, Casey Thomas RD, and Haylesh Patel MSc as they discuss the impact of nutrition and physical exercise in the field of Esports. Chef Jessica VanRoo will prepare a menu that reflects the importance of balance in a new and ever-changing field of sports. Lunch will be created by chef Jessica VanRoo and will be reflective of the discussion.
