Featuring Prof. Jonathan Alexander, community member Mack McCoy, and Chef Jessica Van Roo
In honor of our LGBTQ+ community during the holiday season, please come create and celebrate a tamale that's delicious and unlike any other. You'll make masa and meat as unique and beautiful as you are. You can make a two-spirit tamale with red and green sauce or a sweet, or maybe a Mattachine tamale with California ingredients or a Stonewall tamale with New York flavors. Whether it's a hot tamale, a saucy tamale, or a vegan tamale, you'll imbue the food with a flavor that's all your own. The world is your tamale.

TAMALE KIT PICKUP - Register here: https://forms.gle/Vyt33nanFpHvhpGo6
Please Pick up your tamale kit on Wednesday, December 1, between the hours of 9 am- 5 pm. These kits will be distributed to the first 80 sign-ups. These kits are NOT vegan, but they will be vegetarian.
