What do Joni Mitchell, Frank Zappa, Brian Wilson, The Byrds, Carol King, The Eagles, The Mamas and The Papas, Jimmie Hendrix, The Doors, CSNY, Jackson Browne, Neil Young, Linda Ronstadt, and Three Dog Night, have in common? They all lived in the famous Laurel Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles between 1965 and 1975, making up the unique musical forge that created some of American history’s greatest songs, bands and cultural icons. With over a decade of roots music adventuring under their belts, L.A.’s Dustbowl Revival reimagines and recreates their favorite Laurel Canyon hits using their unique instrumentation to bring to life the unforgettable music from that bohemian enclave.

Dustbowl Revival has always been about pushing the boundaries of what American roots music can be. After spending years on the road, selling out hometown shows at L.A.’s famed Troubadour, headlining festivals and wowing crowds from Denmark to China, Dustbowl Revival never stops making their joyful, booty-shaking soul songs and cut-to-heart folk-rock ballads that lift up their transcendent live shows.
