
Mindful Mondays
Details
Every Monday will be a different mindfulness practice such as meditation, mindful movement, loving-kindness meditation, and many more. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to help us cope with life’s stressors. Some of the benefits include anxiety reduction, enhanced sleep, improved mood, and increased ability to focus.
No previous experience necessary and great for beginners. Participants will receive an essential oil roller to carry their mindfulness practice with them wherever they are. Open to all students!
We will meet in front of Zot N' Go while we wait for all participants to arrive, then we'll leave as a group to a spot nearby where the meditation will take place.
